To live and eat in NYC

It took us 13 hours (and 13 years) to move to New York City. Apartment hunting hell and job hunting during recession was part of the deal of moving to the greatest city in the world. The challenges are worth every amazing experience we’ve had here. There’s always something to do. There’s never enough time. Roaming around the streets here is pure joy. This is our personal NYC story.

Christmas Trees

Gigantic trees twice our height from Nova Scotia. The kind of people that have apartments large enough for these trees are probably the kind of people that will hire professional decorators to accessorize them.

These trees would fit in our apartments but not with our budget at $150.
