Phillipe Wine & Spirits on West 23rd is one of the best places to get bottles of wine for cheap. We walk in and always head straight to the back where the cheapest of the cheapest wines are available. We always get one bottle of Barefoot Pinot Grigio and one bottle of Barefoot Chardonnay for just $12 (great budget wines that taste pretty good). However, you can also get 2 bottles of wine of your choice from their Mix and Match selection at this place for $10. There's also free delivery. Top that!
