We normally get the Falafel platter from Taim, but we decided to finally try their Sabich, a popular Israeli fast food (brought to Israel from Iraqi Jews).
The pita is stuffed with sliced hard boiled egg, fried eggplant, hummus, Israeli salad, marinated cabbage, tahini, and amba (mango pickle). A substantially large and delicious sandwich for $6.25. The flavor combination is unique and it's unlike any sandwich we've tried.
The perfect companion to this sandwich is Taim's homemade crispy fries, which come with a mayonnaise-mustard type sauce. The sauce actually tastes the best when mixed with Ketcup.
